

ABOUT MOVING FORWARD
Moving Forward is a program focused on helping people who have experienced traumatic loss in their lives. People who have lost spouses or partners often feel lost themselves as they try to navigate the world without their partner. This new world after loss often feels like a wilderness with which we are not familiar. Moving Forward is specifically designed to help you gain back personal power, increase your influence on the world around you, and improve your resilience for navigating the life ahead of you.
Last, but certainly not least, survivor's guilt is a real thing for many of us. It is very difficult to shake, and we believe our unique Moving Forward approach will help you find gratitude for the life you had and the life you still lead.
The program includes self-paced written and video lessons and there are opportunities to attend weekly sessions to connected with others who, like you, are Moving Forward.
