MOving Foward
the program
After the loss of a loved one, so many of us find ourselves feeling lost and broken. It's as if we've been dropped off in an unfamiliar wilderness without a map. The Moving Forward Program is designed to take you from wherever you are and create a more empowered, influential, and resilient life. But Moving Foward is more than a program. It is a community of people who are dedicated to doing their best and being great where they stand in an uncertain landscape. For some, "greatness where they stand" may simply involve getting out of bed in the morning and taking one damn slow step at a time again and again and again. For others, it may mean finding a new passion or a new love. NEVER does it involve leaving behind your previous life as if it didn't exist. The loved one you lost is too important for that. That is why the program is called Moving Forward instead of Moving On. Your loved one was and is an important part of who you are today and who you will become.

The MF Course
The Moving Forward Course is a self-paced online course that includes both written and video content. The course is designed to provide useful information, exercises to try in your own life, and suggestions for taking that next step in Moving Forward. The goals of the program are to take specific concrete steps that will lead to increases in personal power (confidence and competence), influence (over the world around you, your community), and resilience (because life isn't fair even after loss).
The MF Community
Part of the Moving Forward Program is access to the MF Community through weekly sessions held at a variety of times to accommodate your schedule. In the sessions you will find others who have experienced loss. Yes, we have empathy and share pain, but we are also focused on taking those brave steps to Move Forward in empowered, influential, and resilient ways.
